All appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Hours may vary depending on the type and location of service.

Diagnostic Fee
$50 Diagnostic Fee
A $50 diagnostic fee is collected after arrival and before work begins for standard service appointments.
The diagnostic fee covers:
Travel to your location.
Initial evaluation.
Troubleshooting and diagnosis.
If you decide to proceed with the recommended service, the $50 diagnostic fee will be applied toward the first hour of service.
The diagnostic fee is non-refundable once service has commenced.
Tech Education Classes are exempt from the diagnostic fee.
Consumer Services
$99/hour
1-hour minimumFor residential customers, services are billed at $99 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum.
Business Services
$174/hour
1-hour minimumFor businesses, services are billed at $174 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum.
Tech Education
$149/hour
1-hour minimumOne-on-one technology education and training is billed at $149 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum.

After the initial 1-hour minimum, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at half of the applicable hourly rate, subject to availability.
For example:
Consumer services: $99/hour → $49.50 per additional 30 minutes.
Business services: $174/hour → $87 per additional 30 minutes.
Tech education: $149/hour → $74.50 per additional 30 minutes.

A 1-hour minimum applies to consumer, business, and tech education services.
The $50 diagnostic fee applies to standard service appointments and is credited toward the first hour if service is accepted.
Additional service time is billed in 30-minute increments.
Tech Education Classes do not require a diagnostic fee.
Final service time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.
Additional services or hardware purchases may incur additional charges.
